The videos include narration accompanying the ‘action’ on the screen. The narrator's voice is very clear, and he speaks slow enough that you can follow along with the tasks he is performing, but not too slow to put you to sleep. As each topic ends, the DVD displays a short Tip/Remember/Warning similar to those displayed in any of the Dummies books.
The list price of the book+DVD combination is $3 more than the book by itself. If you were planning on buying the book, getting even one or two tips from the DVD is worth the extra $3.
